Police pay cuts leave officers 'disappointed'
Policemen and women may face pay cuts as part of efforts to make savings in the service in England and Wales.
The Home Secretary, Theresa May, has told police leaders that officers said they would rather see changes to pay than lose thousands of jobs.
But Simon Reed, of the Police Federation, said officers "do not feel valued" after the government's announcement.
