Prince Philip on whether he is a 'green'

Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, has told the BBC while he is passionate about conservation he does not see himself as "green".

He told Fiona Bruce in an interview to mark his 90th birthday: "I think that there's a difference between being concerned for the conservation of nature and being a bunny hugger.... people who simply love animals."

The Duke at 90 is on BBC One on 9 June at 2100 BST. Find out more about the programme, see more video or watch online (UK only) after broadcast at the above link.
