Have race relations changed since Lawrence murder?

Stephen Lawrence's murder and the failure of the subsequent investigation raised stark questions about race relations in Britain and the treatment of ethnic minorities by the police.

The BBC's Home Editor Mark Easton has been talking to people in South London to find out if attitudes to race have changed after 18 years.
