Grayrigg train crash: Network Rail to face prosecution

Network Rail will be prosecuted over the rail crash at Grayrigg in Cumbria in February 2007, in which one person died and dozens were injured.

The Office for Rail Regulation has already started criminal proceedings against the company for a breach of health and safety laws.

In November, an inquest jury found poorly-maintained points were to blame for the incident.

Fiona Trott reports.
