Every child should climb a tree, says National Trust

The National Trust is launching a campaign to persuade youngsters to put down their computer games and play outside.

Climbing a tree, camping out in the wild and abseiling are some of the 50 things children should do before they are 11 and 3/4.

It says fewer than one in ten young people now regularly play in wild areas.

Judith Moritz reports from Fountain's Abbey near Ripon in North Yorkshire.
