Hacking: Rupert Murdoch 'not fit boss' to lead News Corp

The Commons culture, media and sport select committee of MPs has released a report into phone hacking at the News of the World.

The report concluded that Rupert Murdoch was "not a fit person to exercise the stewardship of a major international company".

The reports said the notion Mr Murdoch had "no inkling" that wrongdoing was widespread at the News of the World was "simply not credible".

It also said three former News International executives, and the company itself, gave misleading evidence.

Norman Smith has details of the report.
