Should drivers be charged for using certain roads?

The government is being urged to change the way it charges road users to plug a gap in the amount of taxes it gets as cars become more fuel-efficient.

The Institute for Fiscal Studies says it would be better to impose a pay-as-you-drive system.

BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire spoke to Andrew Leicester from the IFS, while listeners, including private hire driver Dereck Moon and Tom from Usk, gave their reaction.
