'Care system doesn't care' says runaway teenage girl

The care system is failing to track or prevent disappearances by children in care, according to MPs on the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Missing Children.

Holly, whose name has been changed to protect her identity, is 16 and has run away many times in the past two years from care in the West Midlands.

She tells Newsnight's Tim Whewell that care workers do not come looking for her when she runs away.
