Anti-social crime victims 'slipping through net'

One in three victims of anti-social behaviour in England and Wales are unhappy with the way their complaints are dealt with.

The Inspectorate of Constabulary has said despite police making progress since the last review two years ago, many people still feel their cases are not being investigated thoroughly enough.
