Colonel Bob Stewart: 'A very, very small army'

Conservative MP Colonel Bob Stewart suggested to BBC Breakfast that cutting the Army to 82,000 soldiers would make it a self-defence force rather than an Army.

His comments come ahead of an announcement by the Defence Secretary Philip Hammond on how the Army will be restructured over the next few years.
