Hit and run driver knocks down eleven in South Wales

A woman has been killed and several other people have been taken to hospital following a series of hit-and-run incidents in Cardiff.

Pedestrians, including seven children, appear to have been deliberately hit by a van.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and a van has been seized.

Superintendent Julian Williams of South Wales Police said a 32-year-old woman lost her life following the incident.
