Times reporter Andrew Norfolk: Abuse report 'missed opportunity'

The Times journalist who exposed the North of England grooming scandals has described a report into gang abuse as a "missed opportunity".

Chief investigative reporter Andrew Norfolk said the Office of Children's Commissioner study could have looked at the proportion of Pakistani men committing such offences.

The report found that thousands of children are sexually abused by gangs and groups in England each year.
