Flood victims in Wales return to ruined homes

Some people in North Wales have been allowed to return to their properties to start cleaning up flood damage.

Hundreds of homes were flooded on Tuesday, and the body of an elderly woman was found in her home in St Asaph after the River Elwy burst its banks.
