How easy is it for soldiers to get work outside the army?

The Ministry of Defence has revealed that 5,300 soldiers will be made redundant in the latest round of cuts to the Army.

It plans to reduce the size of the army by 20,000 by 2015.

Hugh Andree runs a recruitment agency for ex-military personnel and told BBC Radio 5 live Morning Reports what it was like to transition from army job to other careers.
