Security tightened at London Marathon, says Met boss

Security is being reviewed ahead of Sunday's London Marathon following the bombings at the Boston Marathon, which killed three and left 176 wounded.

London organisers insist the race will go on as planned.

Metropolitan Police Commissioner, Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe, said officers would continue to monitor developments in the US.
