New immigration rules 'tearing British families apart'

New financial rules on immigration from outside the European Union are tearing British families apart, according to a group of MPs and peers.

People who do not earn a minimum amount are not allowed to bring a non-EU partner into the UK.

BBC Home Affairs Correspondent Danny Shaw reports.
