'Lads' mags' told to cover up by Co-operative

A leading supermarket chain is telling publishers of so-called lads' mags that they need to sell them in sealed bags or risk having them taken off the shelves.

The Co-operative group says titles such as Loaded, Nuts and Zoo have sexual images on their covers which are unsuitable for children.

The publishers of these magazines are yet to comment on the Co-op's decision.
