Ed Miliband: Tony Benn was 'champion of the powerless'

Party leader Ed Miliband has been paying tribute to the Labour stalwart Tony Benn, who died on Friday at the age of 88.

Mr Benn became an MP in November 1950 and served in the Cabinet under Harold Wilson and James Callaghan.
