Muzzle all dogs in public, says dog victim's brother

The brother of a man killed by a dog in his own garden has called for all dogs to be muzzled in public.

Clifford Clarke, 79, from Liverpool was mauled to death by the Presa Canario cross-breed, which was unattended and had been left unfed for 45 hours.

The dog's owners, Hayley Sulley and Della Wood, are each starting a year long jail sentence following the attack.

Kenny Clarke told BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast: "If that dog had a muzzle then we wouldn't be having this conversation. It's common sense."
