Madeleine McCann search: Police to search two new sites

British police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are preparing to search new locations in the Portuguese town where she disappeared.

Their search of a 15-acre piece of scrubland in Praia da Luz, which started last Monday, was due to last five days but an extension was granted.

Madeleine was three-years-old when she went missing in May 2007.

Jon Kay reports from Praia da Luz.
