Police 'arresting IS recruiting sergeants'

Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley has said that there have been "many recent arrests" in the UK of people accused of being Islamic State "recruiting sergeants, funders, advocates".

He told the BBC's Gordon Corera that the threat of terrorism must be confronted by communities "identifying people they are concerned about".
