Ofcom rejects warning that universal postal service is at risk

Ofcom has rejected a warning from Royal Mail that the universal postal service is under threat.

It caused shares in the mail service to fall by 3%.

Royal Mail's Chief Executive, Moya Green, said its ability to deliver to every part of the UK for the same price is being hit by private competitors.
