Dog attacks on increase, says animal charity PDSA

Research for an animal charity has found that 30% of dog owners claim they have been bitten or attacked by someone else's dog.

The People's Dispensary for Sick Animals has said the apparent rise in aggression is due to a lack of training and exercise.

The BBC's Leah Boleto reports from a pet hospital in Manchester.
