Fresh snow brings travel disruption in England

Wintry weather has continued to cause travel disruption in parts of England.

Several roads and dozens of schools have been closed as snow and ice causes disruption for a second day.

Eighteen flights were cancelled at Manchester Airport after snow forced the suspension of services on Thursday, which resulted in a backlog.

In Scotland, further snow is expected later and across the weekend which could cause futher travel disruption.
