Rail passengers in south-east England least satisfied, survey finds
More than half of rail passengers in London and the south east are dissatisfied with the service, a survey by consumer group Which? has found.
Customers using Thameslink and Great Northern/First Capital Connect routes had an overall satisfaction score of 43% with Southeastern gaining just 44%.
The best company for satisfaction was Grand Central with more than three quarters of its passengers content, as Jon Brain reports.
