Abused children 'slipping through net'

Social workers and other people working with children are being accused of failing to do enough to identify victims of sexual exploitation.

The Office of the Children's Commissioner has found that too many are slipping through the net despite heightened awareness following high profile cases.

There are also vastly different rates of child sexual exploitation reported in different parts of England.
