CPS defends decision not to charge bomber Abid Naseer

The Crown Prosecution Service has defended its decision not to charge a man accused of a plot to blow up a shopping centre in Manchester.

Abid Naseer has now been found guilty in New York of being involved with al-Qaeda. He faces life imprisonment.
