Have seagull attacks left the birds misunderstood?

Recent attacks by herring gulls on people - and their pets - led Prime Minister David Cameron to call for a "big conversation" on the birds earlier this month.

Gulls reportedly killed a pet tortoise and a Yorkshire Terrier in two separate attacks this summer.

But, the Victoria Derbyshire programme asks, are the birds simply misunderstood?
