Explorer Henry Worsley's poignant audio message

The explorer Henry Worsley, who was trying to become the first person to cross the Antarctic unaided, has died after suffering complete organ failure.

The 55-year-old former army officer was airlifted to hospital in Chile on Saturday.

This is part of his final audio message posted on Friday.
