24 hours beneath the Heathrow Airport flight path

The government will announce next week whether it would prefer to expand Heathrow or Gatwick airport, with Heathrow widely expected to get the go-ahead for a third runway. However, a final decision will not be made until 2017-18.

For those living near the airport, it would mean further noise disruption.

BBC reporter Divya Talwar has spent 24 hours with a family in Hounslow, west London, beneath the Heathrow flight path.

The Victoria Derbyshire programme is broadcast on weekdays between 09:00 and 11:00 on BBC Two and the BBC News Channel.
