UK bomber 'didn't want to leave Guantanamo'

Briton Jamal al-Harith was behind a suicide attack in Mosul, Iraq, at the weekend.

He was interviewed by the BBC's North West Tonight in 2004 after being freed from Guantanamo Bay.

He spoke of his initial hesitation about leaving the US detention camp when he had been first told he was to be freed, and of his plans to sue the UK government.
