'Can we go home, Maman, can we go home?'

A British woman who was in a restaurant near the scene of yesterday's shooting in Paris says fellow diners gathered around them to protect her three-year-old son.

Poonam Wadher says they were having dinner on the Champs Elysee when they heard shooting.

They hid first under the restaurant table and then in a bar area. She spoke to BBC Asian Network's Nihal Arthanayake.
