Eight-year-old Manchester victim 'getting better and better'

Eight-year-old Lily Harrison suffered a shrapnel wound and a bruised lung in the Manchester Arena bombing, which killed 22 people.

Three months after the blast, her mother, Lauren Thorpe, says her health has been getting "better and better".
