Oxfam: Sexual misconduct happens 'at every agency', says ex-UN worker

Oxfam's handling of sexual misconduct allegations are reflective of the international aid sector as a whole, says a former UN aid worker.

Imogen Wall told BBC Radio 4's World at One that "it happens over and over again, every mission, every agency".

It follows claims staff for the charity in Haiti paid vulnerable people for sex in 2011.
