Olympic World Orchestra prepares for 2012 Festival

An orchestra comprising 120 young musicians from 30 countries has been bought together for the Olympic Games.

The Aldeburgh World Orchestra is based at Snape Maltings in Suffolk.

They will perform a series of concerts as part of the London 2012 Festival, including a Proms performance at the Royal Albert Hall.

The cello section alone has musicians from 10 countries, including Egypt and Israel.
