Cornwall footpaths closed after deluge

Thirty public rights of way in Cornwall have been closed for more than six months because they are either too dangerous or impassable.

The wet winter has taken its toll on the network, which stretches more than 2,700 miles.

The council says diminishing budgets and extreme weather has had an impact on the network.
