Milton Keynes Hospital denies neglecting Joan Parker, 82

The family of an 82-year-old woman who was admitted to hospital after a fall claim she was neglected because of her age.

Joan Parker's family claims her care in Milton Keynes Hospital was inadequate.

In March a report by the Care Quality Commission the hospital failed in all five standards of care for the elderly.

The hospital insists improvements are being made. Chief executive Joe Harrison said there was no differentiation in the care of their patients because of their age.
