'Hot' deer rescued by firefighters from private pool in Berkshire
A deer has been rescued by firefighters after becoming stuck in a private swimming pool in Berkshire.
Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to London Road in Twyford after the homeowner failed to coax the animal out on Sunday evening.
The unit at Caversham Road Fire Station said it acted out of concern for the safety of the people involved.
It is thought the animal was enticed to go for a dip as relief from the hot weather.
