Jody Craddock testimonial money to go to Birmingham Children's Hospital

A former footballer, whose son has leukaemia, is to donate the majority of the proceeds from his testimonial to Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Jody Craddock's four-year-old son, Toby, is undergoing treatment at the hospital, which is looking to raise £4m to revamp its cancer centre.

It said it wanted to expand its chemotherapy and outpatient unit.

More than 3,000 children are treated at the unit each year.

Players from two of Craddock's former clubs, Wolves and Sunderland, will take part in the match at Molineux at 14:00 BST on Monday.
