Wallaby 'spotted near Cornish pub'

A stray wallaby is on the loose near Launceston in Cornwall.

He turned up in the back garden of Maggie and Andrew Elder's home in Trecrogo on Monday nigt but hopped through a hedge when the RSPCA turned up to try to catch him.

Maggie said he had been spotted near a local pub and, until he gets thirsty again, the adult male marsupial is still on the loose.
