Man's lifelong passion for otters earns special award

A man who began tracking otters as an escape from school bullies has won a special animal welfare award.

Dave Webb, from Barnstaple, north Devon, has spent the past 40 years educating the fishing community and river users about otters.

He says seeing an otter still gives him a childlike sense of excitement.
