Sittingbourne school offers counselling after stabbing

Counselling is being offered at a Kent school where a student was stabbed on Friday.

A 17-year-old boy is thought to have been attacked with a pair of scissors during a fund raising football match at Sittingbourne Community College.

Kent Police said another 17-year-old boy was arrested and released on bail.

The injured student received four stitches at Medway Maritime Hospital.
