Seedless dessert grapes to be grown in Kent

Seedless dessert grapes, believed to be the first to be grown commercially in the UK, are being planted in Kent.

A selection of red, green and black grape vines from Greece, Italy and Spain are being planted in a trial vineyard at East Malling Research to see which grows best.
