Margate stuck in 'cycle of poverty'

Margate in Kent is among declining seaside towns which are becoming "dumping grounds" for vulnerable people, according to a new report from a think tank which looks at poverty and its causes.

The Centre for Social Justice warns that coastal towns in England and Wales can sometimes be as deprived as some parts of major cities.
