No-phone Kent villagers 'completely isolated'

Residents of a village in Kent have said they are "completely isolated" after being left without phone lines or internet access for five weeks.

A lightning strike destroyed a telegraph pole and underground cabling in Dymchurch in July.

Residents claim their complaints are being overlooked by BT, which said it hoped to have services restored by early September.
