First British Tour de France stage winner

The first British rider to win a stage in the Tour De France, in 1958, is a West Yorkshire cyclist still putting in the miles.

Brian Robinson, of Mirfield, is a keen cyclist at 81 years old and a supporter of the bid to bring a future Tour de France to Yorkshire for at least one stage.
