Sweet tour for ex chocolate worker

A woman who has contributed to a book about York's chocolate heritage has been given a top secret tour of the Product Technology Centre at the city's Nestle factory.

Maureen Hearfield was 15 when she started work on the production line at the York Rowntree's factory, which was later taken over by Nestle.

Ms Hearfield features in the book The Sweethearts, which documents life at the York Cocoa Works from the 1930s to 1980s.
