Videos capture Leicester City football fans' clashes with police

Social media videos shot prior to Leicester City's Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday captured a number of disturbances with police in the Spanish capital.

Hours before the Foxes' 1-0 defeat at the Vicente Calderon, a video posted online showed a group of officers being targeted with missiles and fans chanting "Gibraltar is ours" in the Plaza Major.

In a separate incident, Spanish police said eight Leicester fans were arrested for "causing a mess" on Tuesday night. However, BBC correspondent Phil Mackie witnessed police charging a group of fans who seemed to be just walking past.

Leicester City said on Thursday it was working with UEFA and local authorities to establish the "full facts" of disturbances involving their fans.
