Leicester dog walker wins battle with city

A Leicester man who was fined £80 for walking his dog in cemetery has been won a legal victory.

Kevin Edmondston, who refused to pay the fine to Leicester City Council, said he had the right to use the fenced path.

The council dropped the case and has apologised to him.
