Nottingham counselling service hit by budget cuts

An East Midlands counselling service that helps hundreds of people annually is facing a funding crisis, managers say.

Nottingham Counselling Service faces a £67,000 funding shortfall because of public sector funding cuts.

The service stopped taking new clients in August, spokesman Leslie McDonald said.
